ðTECHNICAL EXHIBITION
An exhibition of hardware and software items is planned during the conference. Interested organizations or individuals are invited to submit a request for permission to display their hardware and software products during the conference. The request should include a short description of the material to be displayed and its relevance to the conference themes, as well as the table/floor/poster space required. Exhibitors are expected to register for the conference.
ðPROCEEDINGS
There will be no hardcopy book of abstracts. The Book of Abstracts will be distributed to all authors and registered participants in pdf format shortly before and/or after the conference. Also, there will be no hardcopy proceedings as all accepted papers will be published in the suggested conference publication outlet. Authors will receive the âInstructions to Authors for the preparation of their manuscripts (final papers) approximately two months before the conference. These Instructions to Authors will also be made available on the conference website.
